Terms of Service
AMVIA provides AI-assisted creative, licensing, digital commerce, and physical-production services. You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use the service lawfully. Credits are internal platform credits only: they are non-transferable, non-withdrawable, not cryptocurrency, and have no investment value. AI and physical-production services can involve third-party infrastructure and may occasionally fail; AMVIA will use its retry, refund, reprint, and support processes where applicable. You retain rights in content you upload subject to the rights you grant AMVIA to process, host, transform, display, fulfill, license, and deliver your requested services. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Physical orders, refunds, reprints, licenses, and marketplace transactions are governed by the applicable order terms shown at purchase.
Personal print license
The $29.99 digital download provides a high-resolution, print-ready file for personal and household use. Commercial use, resale and redistribution are not permitted. You may use a print shop to produce prints for your own use. Bulk production requires a separate commercial agreement.
Preparation starts after payment. Download access lasts one year from completion. Files saved locally remain usable under this personal license. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. If preparation fails, payment is refunded. Physical printing, framing, delivery and installation are priced separately.
The AMVIA mark is a brand mark. No handwritten signature, certificate, exclusive edition or promise of a single physical print is included. AMVIA will not resell your original artwork to another customer or reproduce it for them. Prints you request for your own use remain permitted. Gallery inspiration creates new interpretations for other spaces; it does not license copying a shared original.
